1. Agreement
These Terms of Service govern your use of Bedtime Stories Magic. By using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Who may use the service
The app is intended for parents or guardians and family use. If a child uses the app, the parent or legal guardian is responsible for use of the account.
3. Service description
Bedtime Stories Magic generates stories, images, and narration based on your prompts. Content is generated automatically and may vary in quality. Review generated content before sharing with children.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account.
5. Subscriptions and in-app purchases
Paid features are offered through auto-renewable subscriptions and consumable credit packs via Apple App Store. Prices are shown in the paywall before purchase and may vary by region.
Auto-renewable subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in Apple ID account settings after purchase.
Refunds are handled under Apple App Store policies.
6. Acceptable use
- Do not use the service for unlawful activity.
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the service.
- Do not generate or upload harmful or illegal content.
7. Intellectual property
The app and branding are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal use of the app.
8. Third-party services
The app relies on third-party providers (including Apple, Supabase, RevenueCat, and OpenAI). Their own terms and policies also apply where relevant.
9. Warranty disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
11. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
12. Termination
You may stop using the app at any time. We may suspend access for violations of these terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by applicable laws in your place of residence, subject to mandatory consumer protections.
